Fredrik Henell joined the team in 2007. From 2003 to 2006 he served as Sr Vice President, Business Development and Alliance Management at ZymoGenetics, Inc., a Seattle, USA based biotech company listed on NASDAQ. From 1998 to 2003 he served as Vice President, Business Development/M&A at Pharmacia Corporation, Peapack, USA. From 1996 to 1998 he worked as Vice President, Business Dev elopment at Pharmacia & Upjohn for the European market region and based in Paris, France. Between 1985 and 1996 he served in various other capacities at Pharmacia, including Director M&A, based in Stockholm, Sweden as well as Milan, Italy. Other roles include General Manager, Pharmacia Biotech, Paris, France. He joined Pharmacia as a senior researcher in 1985. From 1981 through 1985 he conducted research and worked as a clinician at the Department of Pathology, Huddinge University Hospital, Karolinska Insitutet. He received an MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics and an MD and PhD from Karolinska Institutet.
