Anders Bergholtz graduated from Lund University with a Master of Science
in Business and Economics. In 1975 he was employed by Wendler's auditing
firm and became a chartered accountant in 1981. In 1983, he
was employed by Nyckeln group as CFO and worked there until
1988, when the company was listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange.
From 1989-1990 he was a management consultant at Nordic Management,
mainly working with mergers and acquisitions. In 1991, on the
request of the creditors, he returned to Nyckeln as CEO and
successfully divested all the company assets, which exceeded
SEK 5 billion in value. In 1994 he joined the investment company
Volito AB as Partner and, during the following four years, was
instrumental in several very successful business transactions,
including company acquisitions and public offerings (e.g. Stockholm
Stock Exchange, NASDAQ). He is currently Chairman of the Board
of CanAg Diagnostics AB. Mr Bergholtz has worked with KIF I
since 2000.
