Mr Alf Blomqvist studied at the Stockholm School of Economics between 1978-1982
(MBA program with specialization in financial economics). From 1982-1990, he held
Financial Analyst positions at Försäkringsbolaget Pensionsgaranti, Nordbanken,
Handelsbanken and Carnegie/Fides AB. From 1990-1997 he was Partner and Head of
Equity Capital Markets at D. Carnegie AB, Corporate Finance Department, with responsibility
for IPOs, M&As, issues and private placements. Thereafter, he was Head of
Corporate Finance at Swedbank Markets until 2000. From 2000-2001 he was Senior
Partner at Emerging Technologies, with responsibility for e-commerce, investment
processes and funding. Alf Blomqvist is currently Chairman of valentin.byhr.partners, and
Board member of Alternativa Aktiemarknadens Marknadsråd. He is also sponsor and jury
member of “Best Prospectus”, a prospectus competition sponsored by the Stockholm
Stock Exchange and other actors.
